Once the packet is completed, you mail scan and email the Boot Order Form (p. 1) and Boot Measure Form (p. 16) of packet or send the packet to me in the mail (USPS, UPS, or FEDEX). 

With the packet you must send a downpayment for the boots, which will be discussed via email or phone. I prefer Venmo. You may also send a personal certified check (please see your bank for those). Please no money orders or cashier's checks. 

To obtain the Boot Order packet, send a message to the WSCL Contact, include your name, phone number, and email (must be able to receive pdf files).

There are two ways you are able to order a custom pair of boots. The first is by making an appointment and coming in to the shop for measuring. 

The second, especially if you do not live close enough to the shop, is by downloading my Boot Ordering and Measuring Form. This method will require you to have an assistant to conduct the actual measuring. The form will take you through simple anatomy terms for the foot and leg (areas which will be measured), as well as the points of the foot and lower leg that will be measured.

All measurments will then be recorded on the given worksheet, and then you will select the leathers and stitchin style you desire for the boot.
